My Advocare 2. 4 Day Challenge: Half Way! Twelve days ago, I started the Advocare 2. Day Challenge. Cory has been struggling to lose weight, and when I saw so many college friends succeeding with Advocare, I suggested that he try it. I offered to do it with him as a support, even though weight loss was not a goal for me. Enter: random picture to break up text. I became an Advocare distributor last year for myself after the turnabout their products helped me achieve. The 24 Day Challenge includes a guide for food. I've done the Advocare 10 Day Cleanse several times and always have great results. Here share everything you need to know about the cleanse. The AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge is a 2 phase weight loss program that helps you shed those unhealthy extra pounds while also giving your more energy. I started the Advocare 24 day challenge 11 days ago and am feeling fantastic!! It is a true lifestyle change without being a crazy stupid diet. Over the weekend, I finished the AdvoCare 24-day challenge and I’m about to burst with the results. I haven’t posted regular updates about the last 24 days. I started the Advocare 24 Day Challenge this past January . I not only lost the weight I wanted to lose (and. Plexus Slim is a powdered dietary supplement that claims to help with weight loss. A major pro of this supplement it that it is stimulant and thermogenic. In the past few months, I’ve gained 4 pounds. While that isn’t catastrophic by ANY means, my jeans were slightly uncomfortable and I wanted to get back to my happy weight so I could enter the holiday season and eat whatever I want without feeling already pudgy. I can’t wait to eat all the Thanksgiving treats at my in- law’s! The first 1. 0 days of the Challenge are a cleanse. It’s not a cleanse like I thought, though, because you eat REAL food at every meal – not like, juice for dinner or something insane. You eat protein, vegetables, complex carbs, fruit, and take several vitamin supplements. This girl cannot survive without food. First off, let me say: Thank GOD you don’t do this without a Coach. My coach, Kelly, is AMAZING!! I knew that before I started this, because we went to college together, but she’s so positive, knowledgeable, AND she’s lost over 4. I couldn’t be doing this without her constant support! Advocare 24 Day Challenge Max Phase The next step in the 24 day challenge is a 14 day MAX phase. The 14 day MAX phase is designed to help fuel your body with core. The 24-Day Challenge is a comprehensive supplementation and nutrition program designed to give your body the jumpstart it needs to help you reach your goals. THIS is her husband’s progress!! AMAZING! As always, I’ll be honest with you. For the first 3 days, I was mis- er- able. I wanted 5 Guys and Papa Johns and Chick- fil- a fries. Sadly for me, during this challenge, you’re cutting out sugar, salt, alcohol (SOB!) and all processed foods. Naturally, my body was like, WHAT THE FUCK?! But, things have gotten better. Much, much better.– My body feels awesome: Many of you know that I have Crohn’s. But for the past 1. I’ve felt more normal than I have in the past 3+ years. Like, no diarrhea, bloating, or pooping multiple times a day. Not if you have Crohn’s or IBS. If you have ANY digestive issues, I’d genuinely suggest trying it.– Weight loss: On days 1, 1. I had ZERO (zero!) expectations for myself, but yesterday was Day 1. I’m down 3 pounds and I’ve lost 3 inches off my waist. Cory is down 1. 0 pounds and has lost 4 inches off his waist.– I haven’t had one head ache or afternoon “slump”: Normally, I get at least one head ache a week, and every day I’m ready for a nap by 3pm. Once I got over the three day hump of this challenge, I’ve felt continuously awesome. I’m not kidding.– I’m SUCH a believer at this point that I’m considering becoming an Advocare Coach and helping other people achieve their weight loss and health goals. That’s serious. I think this blog is a great platform, but I’m wondering if anyone would actually be interested in working with me through emails, phone calls, skpye, and texts. If so, email me or leave a comment! Finally, my own picture thus far. I took pictures for myself in a bikini, but I’m not keen on putting them up here. But, I snapped a few photos yesterday after I got home from work. If you think I’m standing too tall or sucking in, here’s me taking a deep breath and puffing it alllllll out. Cheers to feeling great, my friends!!
